What this site collects, why, who else sees it, and how long we keep it. No jargon, specific numbers.
1. Who we are

3. Who else sees it
Your guide and the ground operator receive only what running the day requires: your name, group size, pickup hotel, tour date and time, any dietary or mobility needs, and the balance to collect if you chose the cash option. Nothing else is passed on, and never for marketing.
Our infrastructure providers process data on our instructions: a Vietnamese web host, Cloudflare for delivery and security, Google Fonts served from our own pages, Google Maps where a map is embedded, and Google Workspace for email. Payment goes to the gateway you choose at checkout.
4. Payments
Card and PayPal payments — for the full price or for the 30% deposit — are handled by the payment provider on its own systems. We see whether a payment succeeded, the amount and the last four digits; we never see or store full card numbers. If you pay the balance in cash, your guide is told only the amount outstanding.
5. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep. Write to [email protected] and we answer within 30 days. Booking and invoice records stay for the statutory period even after a deletion request; everything else goes.
6. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy. Analytics and any embedded third-party content stay switched off until you accept them.
7. Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes are also announced on the homepage for 30 days.
