The rules for using this website, and how it relates to the terms of an actual booking.

1. About this site

vanphucsilkvillage.com is operated by Van Phuc Silk Village, Van Phuc, Ha Dong, Hanoi, Vietnam. Using the site means accepting these terms. Booking a tour is also governed by our Booking Terms, which take precedence where the two differ.

2. We are independent

We are a private tour operator. We are not the Van Phuc craft village management board, the Vun Art co-operative, any workshop, any village authority or any government body, and we do not act on their behalf. Village names and place names are used to describe where our tours go.

3. Information on this site

Opening times, workshop availability, third-party fees and travel times are gathered from the villages and checked periodically, but they are set by other people and can change without notice. Where a detail matters to your plans, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.

Prices on this site are quoted per group in US dollars and may change; the price that applies is the one in your booking confirmation. Where any figure on a tour page and your confirmation differ, the confirmation wins.

4. Content

Text, photographs and layout on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may quote a short passage with a link back. You may not republish whole pages, sell our material or use it to train a commercial model without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or probe this site, place fraudulent bookings, or use our WhatsApp number for bulk messaging. We may refuse or cancel a booking obtained through false information.

6. Links out

Where we link to another site — a map, a village page, a co-operative — we do not control what it publishes and are not responsible for it.

7. Law

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law, and the courts of Hanoi have jurisdiction. Nothing here removes rights you hold as a consumer under the law of your own country.
